SHYFT Analytics may access Customer Data only for the purpose of providing the Services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Customer’s request in connection with Customer support matters, or as may be required by law.

Service Provider, Sub-Processors/Onward Transfer:

SHYFT Analytics may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Customers.

Access to Data Controlled by our Customers:

SHYFT Analytics has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct queries to the appropriate SHYFT Analytics Customer (the data controller). If a SHYFT Analytics Customer requests SHYFT Analytics’ assistance in the removal of data, SHYFT Analytics will respond to such requests within 30 business days.

SHYFT Analytics will retain Customer Data as provided in the SHYFT Analytics Master Service Agreement, or as may be required by law.
