As SVP of Sales at SHYFT Analytics, Joe brings over 30 years of experience in sales and operations management concentrated in clinical and commercial systems for the biopharmaceutical industry.  Joe understands the critical pain points related to big data and the need to jointly leverage clinical and commercial data assets to help all constituents; manufacturers, patients, payors and providers. Joe leads all global sales, marketing and business development activities focused on providing unique, value-based Software-as-a-Service analytics solutions to our clients.

Prior to joining SHYFT, Joe founded acSELLerate Consulting, LLC, focused on helping start-up and pre-IPO companies scale their businesses after retiring from his role as SVP, Commercial Operations at Medidata Solutions, Inc.  Joe spent over 12 years at Medidata holding a variety of leadership roles within the operations and commercial organizations where his last role was SVP, Commercial Operations.  Prior to Medidata, Joe held several long-term roles of increasing responsibilities at several software and consulting firms including Business Objects, I-Many and JGI.

Joe holds an AAS degree in Data Processing from Northampton County College in Bethlehem, PA.
