As Vice President of Sales and Account Management at SHYFT Analytics, Matt brings over 17 years of experience leading sales, operations, customer and revenue teams in SaaS and enterprise software environments.
Matt has held several sales and revenue leadership roles at successful big data technology and solution providers including: FAST (acquired by Microsoft), RAMP (acquired by Cxense), GTxcel and Fiksu (acquired by Noosphere).
Matt specializes in building and scaling multi-tiered enterprise sales teams that exceed revenue objectives by focusing on customer-focused, solution selling engagements. By putting the customer’s business objectives first, the customer gets the maximum value from SHYFT. Further, this creates alignment across all customer touch points including Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
When Matt isn’t trying to help SHYFT maximize the business value of their data, Matt can be found in a hockey rink with his kids, coaching Lacrosse or spending time outdoors in The Berkshires with his family and friends. He holds his MBA from Western New England University and BSBA in Management and Computer Information Systems from Western New England University. Matt is also on the Board of Directors for the College of Business at Western New England University.
